How do I downgrade my account if I’m not using it?

If you’re currently on a paid plan and would like to downgrade it to “maintenance mode” you can do this. We will continue to store your data, leads, and campaigns. This can be done from your billing settings and it is $5 / month.

If you’re currently on a paid plan and would like to downgrade to a free plan, this is not possible because the paid plan stores date while the free plan does not.
