Can I downgrade my current plan?

Unfortunately, we do not offer downgrades for paid to free because the paid plan store all users data, leads, etc.

The Free plan does not store anything. 

If you do not need any of your data, contests, etc. from your current account you may cancel it and sign up for a new free account. 

Please keep in mind that you will lose everything in your current paid account and will need to start a new account under a new email.
