How do I change the 10 points for email confirmations?

Click on Settings -> Enable Confirmation Emails (make sure it's enabled) -> And adjust the slider for the points. Here's a screenshot example:

Can I set it to 0 and have no point incentive?

Currently, that's not possible with our software. We purposely made it 10 points so that there is a large incentive to confirm the email. We've shown that having a large incentive like this helps to weed out bad entries as well as encourage more virality in the contest as they've gotten more points from the get-go.
