• If you're unsure whether you set your settings right, please send in a ticket instead of manually updating it yourself. Doing this generally causes your time to reset.
• You can only do this if you're on an Enterprise plan or higher.

2 - Add your subdomain or domain on this page, without http:// or https://

5. Wait up to 24 hours for your subdomain to work. 

Once you're on that page you'll need to create a CNAME record.
