Why is my contestant not getting extra points for completing custom actions or following me?

There's a few possibilities.

#1 - We've detected this user is a cheater.

- Referrals must be confirmed emails. Same IP referrals will not get counted.

#2 - Your contest start date is in the future. You must make sure on your settings tab that your contest start date is not set to the future.

#3 - The contestant didn't actually complete the actions.
