How do I re-instate / whitelist a user that was marked as a cheater / disqualified?

If you believe a user was marked as a cheater incorrectly, you can re-instate that user and whitelist his IP address.

VYPER 2.0 METHOD

1.) Go to the Results tab

2.) Under Campaign Results, enter the full email address of the contestant who you'd like to re-instate and click "Look Up By Email"

3.) Scroll down a bit until you see "Re-instate User" click that and it will re-instate the contestant back into the contest. Screen_Shot_2019-09-09_at_11.01.38_PM.png

Please note that the user will be whitelisted, so even if he cheats again, he will not automatically be marked as a cheater. Use this option only if you truly believe this user has not cheated.
